For Raga this was the worst place in the whole season , but his luck is that all his rivals alternate great days and poor performances, so he slowly proceed to a possible second outdoor world title. 02-07-06: Boario Terme, Italia-Fujinami dà un altro segno della sua completa guarigione, battendo Cabestany per uno zero in un GP d'Italia caratterizzato da un grande caldo e da tanta polvere. Subito fuori Lampkin , 2 cinque nelle prime 3 zone, anche Raga , ultimo a partire guidava abbastanza insicuro. Fujinami e Fajardo avevano un leggero vantaggio sugli altri, ma Fajardo falliva la zona 9, lasciando Fuji solo al comando. A metà gara , il suo punteggio di 15 errori lo poneva saldamente in testa. L'unico errore era di arrivare 5 minuti dopo il suo tempo limite, che gli costava altri 5 punti. Dietro lui uno stupendo Cabestany segnava 20 e precedeva la coppia Fajardo-Bou a 23 punti. Raga era quinto, ma con 31 errori, mentre Freixa osava stare davanti a Lampkin (39 contro 40). Nessun cambiamento nel veloce secondo giro, a parte il recupero di Lampkin che superava Freixa e limitava il danno, accusando un solo punto in più di distacco da Raga nel campionato. Per Raga il peggior risultato di tutta la stagione, ma la sua fortuna è che I suoi antagonisti alternano grandi momenti a mediocre prestazioni, così lui procede lentamente verso un probabile secondo titolo mondiale outdoor.
