20/05/06:Sequatchie,Tennessee,USA-Raga honoured his leadership in the championship, winning the first day in the Grand Prix of USA. At Sequatchie, in Tennessee. We watched a very tough competition in a natural oasis perfectly suited for this sport, the famous Trials Training Center . All the sections were natural and placed in the woods, with big and slippery rocks, almost inside a little creek. Raga took a smooth advantage in the first sections and kept it until the end. Toni Bou was the most challenging rival in the first lap, having finished just 1 point behind. But in the second lap, old lion Lampkin returned to ride as a seventh world champion and so he climbed to the runner-up position. Negative record for the number of riders: only 10!

20/05/06:Sequatchie,Tennessee,USA-Raga fa onore alla sua prima posizione in campionato, vincendo il primo giorno del GP USA a Sequatchie nel Tennessee. Si è visto un trial molto duro in un'oasi naturale perfetta per il nostro sport, il famoso Trials Trianing Center. Tutte le zone erano natutali e tracciate nel sottobosco, con grandi pietroni viscidi, molte delle quali in un torrente. Raga si è preso un piccolo vantaggio già nelle prime zone e lo ha mantenuto fino alla fine. Toni Bou è stato il suo contendente più pericoloso nel primo giro, avendo finito con un solo punto in più. Ma nel secondo giro il vecchio leone Lampkin è ritornato a girare come un sette volte campione del mondo ed ha agguantato la piazza d'onore. Record negtivo per il numero di piloti al via solo 10! Italiani in gara: Iolitta 5° nella Junior e Grattarola 4° nella 125.
