Big surprises at the third round of the Italian Indoor championship. Leader Matteo Grattarola, Gas Gas and "veteran" specialist Fabio Lenzi, Beta did not pass the qualification phase. Both of them were quite unlucky to start as first and second, respectively.
The two foreign riders invited , Pere Borrellas, Gas Gas and Jack Challoner, Beta gained the access to the final with Daniele Maurino - Ossa - , Gianluca Tournour - Gas Gas and Luca Cotone - Gas Gas. Borrellas lost only 1 point in all the sections of the final, topping the podium, ahead of Daniele Maurino and Gianluca Tournour.
In the series, Maurino is now one point behing Grattarola.
