02/04/21 - Hertz FIM Trial World Championship calendar revised

The need to adapt to the ongoing pandemic has forced the FIM, the national federations and local organisers to revise the calendar for the 2021 Hertz FIM Trial World Championship.

The Czech Republic TrialGP – initially scheduled for Sokolov on June 5-6 – has been cancelled which means the opening round of the championship for TrialGP, TrialGP Women, Trial2, Trial2 Women and Trial125 classes will now get under way with two scoring days at Tolmezzo in Italy on June 11-13.

There will be no TrialE class at the Italian TrialGP, instead the competitors will join the four other classes at the second round of the series – the French TrialGP – that has now been confirmed for July 2-4 at Charade.

The Great Britain TrialGP at Tong has been postponed until October 8-10 and the final round of the TrialGP Women and Trial2 Women championships will be held on the Saturday before the FIM Trial des Nations that is due to take place at Gouveia in Portugal on September 17-19.

To compensate for the cancelled events in Japan and the Czech Republic there will be two days of competition at every round apart from at the second French event at Cahors on August 28-29, bringing the total number of points-paying days up to 11 for TrialGP and Trial2 competitors.

All dates, events and the eventual attendance of spectators are subject to the evolution of the pandemic and the approval of the corresponding governments and authorities.

IL MONDIALE PARTIRA' DA TOLMEZZO!

La necessità di adattarsi alla pandemia in corso ha costretto la FIM, le federazioni nazionali e gli organizzatori locali a rivedere il calendario per il Campionato Mondiale di Trial Hertz FIM 2021.

Il TrialGP della Repubblica Ceca - inizialmente previsto per Sokolov il 5-6 giugno - è stato annullato, il che significa che il round di apertura del campionato per le classi TrialGP, TrialGP femminile, Trial2, Trial2 femminile e Trial125 inizierà ora con due giorni a Tolmezzo in Italia dall'11 al 13 giugno.

Non ci sarà nessuna classe TrialE al TrialGP italiano, invece i concorrenti si uniranno alle altre quattro classi nel secondo round della serie - il TrialGP francese - che è stato ora confermato per il 2-4 luglio a Charade.

Il Gran Bretagna TrialGP a Tong è stato posticipato all'8-10 ottobre e il round finale dei campionati TrialGP Women e Trial2 Women si terrà sabato prima del FIM Trial des Nations che si terrà a Gouveia in Portogallo a settembre 17-19.

Per compensare gli eventi cancellati in Giappone e nella Repubblica Ceca, ci saranno due giorni di competizione in ogni round tranne il secondo evento francese a Cahors il 28-29 agosto, portando il numero totale di giorni paganti fino a 11 per i piloti TrialGP e Trial2.

Tutte le date, gli eventi e l'eventuale presenza di spettatori sono soggetti all'evoluzione della pandemia e all'approvazione dei governi e delle autorità corrispondenti.
