22/03/22 - TATA pronto a partire da Mandello sul Lario

Tutto è pronto per il primo week-end di gare del secondo anno del TATA (Trofeo ASI Trial Antico). L'esordio avverrà nei giorni 1 e 2 aprile a Mandello del Lario, la città della Moto Guzzi: un grazioso Comune che si specchia nelle acque del lago di Como, situato poco distante da Lecco.

A organizzare saranno il Motoclub Trialario Team e il Team Trial Millepiedi, due associazioni parte del Trialario, quel campionato che si svolge da più di 20 anni in Lombardia, prima sotto l'egida della UISP, da due anni con affiliazione all'ASI. Un folto gruppo di appassionati che può vantare una tecnologia di primissimo piano nel computo delle classifiche, in tempo reale per l'invio immediato delle penalità dal giudice all'addetto computer alloggiato alla partenza, degno di campionati di valenza molto superiore.

Un gruppo che ha accolto con entusiasmo la sfida di introdursi nel mondo del Trial d'Epoca. Pur vantando un'eccellenza nel tracciare zone per il Trial moderno, la cui millesima zona , guarda caso, fu tracciata proprio a Mandello l'anno scorso, si è messo coraggiosamente in gioco, accettando l'avventura verso un altro Trial, fatto di zone lunghe, di ampi spazi prima degli ostacoli per favorire le curve e di discese non a picco per garantire sicurezza ai piloti di moto con freni a tamburo.

Non si tratta semplicemente di zone più facili, attenzione, questo è un errore comune di chi non conosce a fondo il settore. Se il trial d'epoca in altre nazioni è una realtà con numeri infinitamente più grandi del trial moderno è frutto di una certa cultura nel modo di tracciare che il TATA si propone di ripetere anche nel nostro Paese.

Le pre-iscrizioni attraverso il nostro sito sono più che incoraggianti: a oggi più di quaranta e qualcuno si potrà ancora aggiungere nei prossimi giorni, fino anche al mattino del sabato - con però esclusione della merenda-sinoria inclusa nella tassa di iscrizione, prevista alla premiazione finale.

Si pagheranno 100€ per i due giorni, per chi vorrà correre solo al sabato 40€, alla domenica 60€ con il pasto finale. Ci saranno due premiazioni perchè trattasi di due gare distinte, Per comodità le due premiazioni saranno effettuate alla domenica.

Ai partecipanti si prospettano 2 giri con 10 zone ciascuno.

Chi si presenterà con moto moderna (quattro livelli, oltre ai tre di quelle d'epoca; bianco, giallo e verde, ci sarà un livello blu) , non partecipando al campionato finale, l'iscrizione sarà 80€ due giorni, 30€ solo sabato e 50€ solo domenica.

A tutti i partecipanti di due giorni di gara verrà offerta un'iscrizione ad una gara del circuito Trialario 2023.

Le operazioni preliminari e la partenza saranno presso il Ristorante Al Verde di Mandello. Al sabato le O.P. Dalle 8:30 alle 10:30 con partenza primo concorrente alle ore 11:00 in ordine libero, con distanza di un minuto. Domenica 8:30-9:30 e partenza ore 10:00.

Una grande novità di questo evento, in deroga al regolamento del TATA, sarà laddove si troveranno dei gruppi di tre zone per lo più adiacenti e solo in quel caso, si potrà valutare di non percorrerle nell'ordine, in base all'affollamento delle medesime o di considerazioni soggettive. Attenzione è assolutamente vietato variare l'ordine delle zone negli altri casi, perchè si percorrerebbe il trasferimento in senso contrario.

La deroga è stata concessa perchè a causa di una frana non ancora totalmente rimossa, il giro sarà più corto di quello inizialmente previsto.

Sarebbe molto interessante riuscire a ritagliarsi del tempo per una visita al museo della Moto Guzzi, la cui entrata è libera, con orario venerdì e sabato dalle 10:00 alle 18:00.

Superfluo ricordarvi che la Moto Guzzi, fu fondata nel 1921 da Carlo Guzzi, geniale tecnico e progettista. Le vicende, i successi tecnici e sportivi del prestigioso marchio dell’Aquila, che fino al 1957 primeggiò nelle competizioni agonistiche internazionali, sono rievocati nel museo aziendale, con l’esposizione di decine di modelli di motocicli e motori.

TATA on the go, starting at Mandello del Lario

If the vintage trial in other countries is a reality with infinitely larger numbers than the modern trial, it is the result of a certain culture in the way of tracing that TATA proposes to repeat in our country as well.

The pre-registrations through our site are more than encouraging: to date more than forty and some will still be able to be added in the next few days, even until Saturday morning - with the exclusion, however, of the snack-sinoria included in the registration fee, foreseen at the final award.

Participants are faced with 2 laps with 10 zones each.

You will pay €100 for the two days, €40 for those who want to run only on Saturday, €60 on Sunday with the final meal. There will be two awards because these are two separate competitions. For convenience, the two awards will be held on Sunday.

Who will show up with a modern bike (four levels, in addition to the three of the vintage ones; white, yellow and green, there will be a blue level), not participating in the final championship, the registration will be €80 for two days, €30 only on Saturday and €50 only on Sunday.

All participants of two days of competition will be offered a registration for a competition of the Trialario 2023 circuit.

Attention it is absolutely forbidden to change the order of the zones in the other cases, because the loop would be carried out in the opposite direction.

The derogation was granted because due to a landslide that has not yet been completely removed, the loop will be shorter than initially planned.

It would be very interesting to be able to carve out some time for a visit to the Moto Guzzi museum, to which admission is free, on Fridays and Saturdays from 10:00 to 18:00.

The vicissitudes, technical and sporting successes of the prestigious Eagle brand, which until 1957 excelled in international competitive competitions, are recalled in the company museum, with dozens of motorcycle and engine models on display.
